Making time
Orders are made fresh in small batches. Your order is made before it is dispatched, and we'll confirm timings with you when you order. During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Eid this can take a little longer.
Postage
Orders are posted within the UK. Delivery options and costs are shown on Etsy at checkout. Letterbox gifts are packed to fit through a standard letterbox.
Sending directly to someone else
You can enter a different delivery address when checking out on Etsy and add a short gift message.
Hot weather
Chocolate and warm weather don't get on. During hot spells we may hold orders back a day or add extra insulation to protect your treats in transit.
Outside the UK
Orders are sent within the UK. If you'd like something sent elsewhere, please get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
